Spark by Hilton Dumas

Stayed at Spark by Hilton Dumas multiple times. Each time the staff has been absolutely incredible! They are very warm and welcoming from the second you walk through the doors. They have a "Hello" for you every time they see you. Room was perfect, large space, clean, and streamlined. They have streaming services on the TV which is great for the kids! Breakfast is a bagel bar with protein options that should suit everyone's needs. This hotel makes us very happy and is our only stop in Dumas, TX. Go see it for yourself.

In town for a funeral and was coming in from an eighteen hour road trip. They didnt have our room ready for early check in but fixed that in about 15 minutea so that was nice. Very clean and well taken care of. Staff was helpful and on point.

Excellent for the price!!! Room was very clean, and facilities were very clean also. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

We were passing through from colorado to South Padre to we only spent a night here but boy, was it a night to remember. I almost didnt want to leave a review since I was so embarrassed. After working all day plus an 8+ hour drive, we were pretty exhausted and arrived near 1:30 in the morning. I went to the front desk to check in (completely forgetting that I had checked in on the app before we left Colorado) and the young lady working the front desk had issues finding my information, not realizing that we were already checked in. She ended up giving us keys to another room which we admittedly didnt put much thought into since we just wanted to get some sleep. We went up to the room and went to sleep. Maybe an hour later a family used their digital key to open our door, scaring all of us involved. We got around to go down to the front desk to get it sorted but the other family told us to not worry about it and that the young lady at the front desk was getting them taken care of so we went back to bed. The next morning the manager was there and she was so kind and understanding. It seemed to be a mix up on both ends and we deeply apologized for our end of the ordeal. Its been over a week and I still feel horrible. I sincerely apologize to that young lady and to the other family involved! They took our pet fee off to compensate and I greatly appreciate that. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future should we be in this direction again. It is a very nice and clean hotel with very kind personnel!

I travel to and through the Panhandle often. My advice? Bypass Amarillo and stay at this little hotel in Dumas. This was the cleanest Hilton chain hotel I've ever stayed at. Very well managed. Great staff. I'll be back. Thanks for a great stay!

Ended up in Dumas—4.5 hours away from home—and had some less than ideal circumstances go down, with no car to get home. Huge shoutout to Cecilia, Angel (new to the team), whoever was training her, and pretty much the entire staff for being incredibly understanding and delivering great customer service. They made sure the night didn’t get any worse Really appreciate y’all. Rooms were top notch as well, and very budget friendly.

Our front office receptionist Lanie was exceptionally impressed. We ran out of the coffee by the front desk and didn’t know what to do and within 30 seconds Lanie showed up with fresh pot of coffee in her hand and the warmest, friendliest, and genuine smile on her face stating that she heard the gurgling sound of empty coffee pot. She could have waited but the professionalism steered her to the best service we have ever witnessed! Thank you Lanie! Happy new year!

I've stayed in two Ritz Carltons this winter. This hotel was better than both by a mile. No price gouging, cleaner, good food nearby. A warm hot tub, free parking. What a good deal! Great service too.
